MAILKOMET
Acceptable use policy
Version 1, November 2026
This policy applies to everyone who sends email through Mailkomet.
Who you may email
- Only people who asked to get your emails, through a sign-up form or by giving you their permission directly.
- No bought, rented, shared or scraped lists, and no addresses collected for a different purpose.
- When someone unsubscribes, bounces or reports your email as spam, Mailkomet stops sending to them. Don't add them again.
What you may not send
- Anything illegal, including fraud, phishing, malware, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
- Deceptive subject lines or sender names, or email that pretends to come from someone else.
- Unlicensed financial, medical or gambling offers, get-rich-quick schemes, and sexually explicit content.
What every email must have
Your real name or company and a way to contact you. Mailkomet adds your sender details, an unsubscribe link and one-click unsubscribe headers to every email.
What we do
- We pause sending automatically when more than 3% of an account's emails bounce or more than 0.08% are reported as spam. A person on our team reviews it before sending resumes.
- We can hold an issue, block a link or pause an account if we believe it breaks this policy.
- We close accounts that break this policy on purpose or more than once.
